Construction of new school high in the Himalayas

108 days on a construction of basic school, 4200 m above sea level. Local Buddhist community together with Delhi architects, BlueLand c.a., and generous sponsors from Czech and India are helping children on the top of the world.

The members of the Blueland association pursue the primary school construction in Kargyak. Heavy downpours and flooding complicate the work. Not only adults and volunteers, but also children try hard to see the project through this year.

New school for Kargyak in a process

A new three-classroom primary school is being built high in the Indian Himalayas, in altitude 4200m above sea level and we are looking for people to help us finish it. We need to raise 10,000 Euro and find volunteers to join in the 2010 construction.
